There is a mortal view of beauty and exercise and then there’s God’s view.
The human view says, “I’m not enough. I’m flawed. I have to work hard to change myself to fit the norm. I’m not pretty enough, fit enough, strong enough, or even young enough.” God’s view is that we are perfect just the way we are. Why? Because God made us in His image and likeness and His work is complete.
Of course it’s right to eat to live and not live to eat. And, it’s only right to to be outside, stretching and breathing. But do those things in unison with Spirit and in one with Love.
I Corinthians 6:20
… glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
